Deleting your account and data

You can delete your PulBalam account and all of your family's data from inside the app.

  1. Open the app and sign in as a parent.
  2. Settings → Account.
  3. "Delete my account" removes your number and sign-ins and you leave the family (the family and the other parent stay). "Delete family" removes the children, all records, history, goals and photos.
  4. Enter the SMS code sent to your number.

Deletion is recorded at once. If you change your mind within 30 days, you can restore it with an SMS code. After 30 days the data is fully and permanently deleted from the server. A Google Play subscription has to be cancelled separately in Google Play.

Child device: the child can choose "Leave the family" in Settings; the child's data is deleted when a parent deletes the family.

If you cannot sign in, email manqudaynano@gmail.com with your registered phone number and we will delete it within 30 days.
